This mid to upper-level management position reports to the Marketing & Policy Services Vice President and will oversee the company’s policy services operations along with other policy services processes. Protecting the company’s assets through sound leadership, quality customer service, sound underwriting and business practices, while displaying strategic vision is vital. This person will assure delivery of (1) “best in class” customer service (2) quality policy services handling (3) effective underwriting decision making and (4) continuous departmental and company improvement. This will require delivery and feedback on the development of employees at all levels, as well as the ability to succession plan. Finally, as a member of the policy services leadership team, the Policy Services Manager will be expected to exhibit strong interpersonal skills with other departments and team members, while providing strong contributions to overall company and policy services department success.
