We are looking for a Bilingual Receptionist that can speak, read and write in English and Spanish. The Receptionist position reports directly to the Operations Supervisor and specializes in performing tasks in support of Claims and the Policy department, answering all incoming calls for the company, and receiving guests. This position is to assist each department and Company overall in reaching Company goals.

 

Responsibilities

  • Handle all incoming calls
  • Ensure the Phone is operational from 8-5 daily
  • Takes payments for Policy Services
  • Administrative Duties in support of Claims and Policy Services
  • Receive guests and direct them to the appropriate department
  • Due to the nature of this role consistent attendance is mandatory
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • High School Degree
  • Demonstrates good time management skills
  • Excellent organizational skills; great attention to detail
  • Knowledge of computer system, word and excel programs
  • Ability to multitask in fast paced environment
  • Fluent in Spanish and English
