As a Regional Marketing Representative, you will be a key member of our marketing team, working closely with independent agencies to promote company growth and success. This role combines relationship management, strategic marketing, and business development, ensuring our agency partners are supported and our brand continues to thrive in the marketplace. You’ll be responsible for maintaining and strengthening agent relationships, identifying new opportunities, implementing effective marketing strategies, and communicating operational procedures and underwriting information clearly and professionally.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and strengthen relationships with independent insurance agencies through consistent communication, coaching, and collaboration.
  • Facilitate policy management and underwriting processes while ensuring effective two-way communication between agents and internal teams.
  • Seek out and develop new business opportunities aligned with company marketing and growth strategies.
  • Support the implementation of marketing programs, materials, and presentations that enhance agency success and promote company objectives.
  • Provide high-quality customer service and assist agencies in resolving issues and achieving goals.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and updates related to agency performance and market conditions.
  • Contribute to the development and achievement of annual marketing and sales goals in coordination with company leadership.
  • Exhibit ownership, analytical thinking, and sound decision-making to drive positive results.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other essential business software tools.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, sales, or agency relationship management preferred.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM or marketing software a plus.
  • Self-motivated, analytical, and committed to achieving results.
