Under guided supervision, this individual will be responsible for supervising and directing auto claims. In addition, you will be responsible for leading, managing, and developing others on your team. Protecting the company’s assets through sound supervisory level leadership, claims and business practices. This person will assure delivery of (1) “best in class” customer service (2) quality claims handling (3) loss adjustment expense control and (4) continuous improvement. Delivers on the development of employees at individual contributor level. Finally as a member of the claims leadership team, the supervisor will be expected to exhibit strong interpersonal skills with other departments and team members, while providing strong contributions to overall company and claims department success.
